The course is designed to provide theoretical as well as practical knowledge about deployment and configuration of Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2. The course is one of three courses that provides the knowledge required to implement a core infrastructure of Windows Server 2012 in the current enterprise environment. While other two courses of Windows Server are Administering Windows Server 2012 and Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services and as a whole, these three courses include the implementation and management of services and infrastructure in a Windows Server 2012 environment.
The new features of Windows Servers help the delegates to get rid of the Server Graphical Shell and support many web programming languages such as PHP, ASP.net, and databases like MS SQL and MySQL. During the course, the delegates will learn how to deploy and manage core services, how to perform basic administrative and post-deployment tasks, how to install a domain controller and how to perform bulk operations by using Windows PowerShell. It also explains the concepts of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), IPv4 and IPv6 addressing, various storage technologies and virtualization technologies including Hyper-V configuration.
